Michael Joe Okpalanozie is a Catholic Priest of Awka Diocese in Nigeria. Born on 10th of March 1964 in Adazi, he got his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Bigard Memorial Seminary (now St. Joseph Major Seminary Ikot-Ekpene) in 1988 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Urban University Rome in 1993. After his priestly ordination in 1993, he had Administrative/Pastoral experiences in Nigeria before going for further studies. He got his Licentiate in Pastoral Theology in Germany in 2006. With this dissertation, he acquired his Doctorate Degree in Theology (Religious Studies) from Catholic University Germany (Philosoph-Theologische Hochschule, Vallendar) in 2011.
